Founder
Patrick started in the tire and service business working behind the counter after college. “There are no shortcuts to learning the auto repair business; it all starts behind the counter, working with customers and solving their problems.”
Over more than twenty years he produced, developed, and mentored top auto repair retail teams, then founded RTS to help independent shops compete and win. Today he also builds SideKick360, the shop performance platform that powers the RTS program, and founded BAYiQ, a loyalty marketing platform for the industry.
